Landyn and the Glow Golf Birthday Party

Well it has been a while since my last post.  Landyn celebrated his 4th birthday this past weekend (early).  We had asked him a few months ago what kind of birthday he wanted.  He immediately said "Glow Golf!"  Which is surprising, since we have only been a couple times before.  A few of his friends from school came, Davon and Caden, and some of our friends children, Hudson and Colton were there too.  Here are a couple videos.

 

Landyn and Thomas the Tank Engine

Over the weekend, Rachel, Landyn and I went to "Day Out With Thomas the Tank Engine" at the Nashville Railway Museum.  This is a video of our partial train ride.  It was a very busy day, sliding on the big blow up slides.  Playing with trains, miniture golf, and all around good children fun. 

Here I caught Landyn singing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star".  How cute!

Landyn and the Easter Egg Hunt

Well it was not a perfect day for an Easter Egg Hunt, but we went anyway. The Hunt was still on even though it was raining. Luckily the rain slowed to a drizzle before it started. The good part was that meant more chances for Landyn to get more eggs.

Landyn was not playing with the ball pit the way it was intended to be played with. He was showing off on how he could line things up in a row though. Then he utterly destroys his creation.

Landyn, Mommy, Grammy and Grandpap all went to the Nashville Zoo for "Trick or Treat" night.  It went better than expected since it was durring his dinner and bed time.  Videos are after the link of the "Monster Mash" and the "Bouncy Slide"

Landy has started to show off during dinner time. As usual he may start shaking his head "no" to say he does not want something but in these videos he started something new. He now is making faces while eating. Don't know if he thinks the food will be too hot or too cold and is making that face. Either way it still was funny.

Landyn and the swimming pool

Landyn and mommy decided it would be a nice day to go swimming in the Island Oasis swimming pool today.  I guess you can tell by the video who had the most fun in the pool.  Landyn has been swimming a few times this summer, so this was not a new experience for him.  I do think today was the longest he stayed interested in the water though.  Pictures are below.

This was a good night for eating.  At the end of the video you will get a glimpse into our world on a bad night. He will act that way for anything we put in front of him on a bad night.  Enough about the bad stuff.  We were attempting to get him in a shot showing his hands clasped while saying our prayers for dinner.  Instead we got this show for you.

Landyn once again showing off how much he grows every day. A few months ago Landyn got this outfit from Jamey and Jason for his birthday. It was big on him then and now it fits so well. See a video of him wave "Hi" after the picture.

Happy Birthday, Landyn!

Well its been one year. Happy birday buddy. We had a party yesterday, and in case you missed it, I will have a video soon. Thank you to everybody who helped out with the party and at the party. It's great to have family and friends.
